When I first came to Cluj, I wasn’t expected to live such an incredible experience. The education provided Babes Bolyai University was a great opportunity for me because it allowed me to gain a greater maturity through a different living environment, discovering the same way by another vision studies and develop my skills carry out my research.
I went there alone and made a lot of friends from different cultures and countries. What really touched me the most is the fact that Romanian people were so kind to me, helpful, gentle, and servable in many situations, at the faculty, the library, the dorm, the gym, the restaurant… Everywhere especially that I am a Muslim girl that wears a scarf and I haven’t felt at any time or in any situation that I wasn’t welcome or any kind of racism.
Now that I get back home to finish my studies, I can’t stop thinking of these incredible moments. I would definitely come back one day to visit Cluj and all the places that have become a memory now.
