Incoming SEMP Students Mobilities  

Nomination procedure for partner universities:

Please send the nominations via email to ioana.florea@ubbcluj.ro  with the following information:

  • Name of student
  • Nationality
  • Age
  • Field of study
  • Duration of mobility
  • Email
  • Level of study (BA, MA, phd)

Nomination deadlines:  July 1st, for following the fall/winter semester (or for the following study year) November 1st, for the following spring/summer semester  

Application deadlines for students:  July 15th, for following the fall/winter semester (or for the following study year) November 15th, for the following spring/summer semester  

Application documents:

Passport copy (page with the personal information) / ID card (for citizens of the EU, EEA countries or the Swiss Confederation);

Learning Agreement signed by your departmental and institutional coordinators (on your home university’s form);

Language requirements Students may enroll in the courses taught in English, French or German language, without taking courses in Romanian language. Information about the courses available will be provided by the academic coordinator at UBB.  
Romanian language course Incoming students can take a Romanian language course at the Faculty of Philology.  

Accommodation Students from partner universities are accommodated in university dorms. Please note that we don’t offer single rooms, only double or triple rooms. The rent is about 50 Euro/month/student, depending on the dormitory. Upon arrival, the students accommodated in the UBB dormitories will have to sign a contract with the dormitory administrator (standard procedure).
